After joining Learn to Skate when I was 8, I returned to skating at the age of 10 where I began private lessons. I competed individually though ISI and also skated for a Theater on Ice Team. Getting into skating later than most, I greatly enjoyed the challenges it presented and the discipline it required. My love for skating grew once I was introduced to synchronized skating, which I continued to pursue after high school by skating on an adult synchronized skating team. I became a junior instructor in the Learn to Skate program when I was 15 and have been coaching ever since. I coach group classes, private lessons, synchronized skating, and hockey skills.
